He also was heard to say "the fans didn't like me at west ham but the funny think was their daft cunt of a manager kept picking me even though my heart wasn't in it and they knew I wanted out of the club. I was subsequently able to assist with their untimely exit from Europe even though everyone knew they had a better player in Ashley Fletcher warming the bench".

I actually thought the superman thing was made up as well. Apparently he was named that by the fans at his last club. Mind you he did score 18 in 23 for them so maybe they liked him a fair bit more than we do.
